Integrated programmes awarded

An integrated research programme is a combination of two or more related research projects, preferably of a multi-disciplinary or interdisciplinary nature.

In June 2003 two new programmes were awarded. One of the programmes is awarded on the condition of securing additional funding, and therefore is not listed yet.

The other awarded programme is:

Improved reconstruction of the upper forest line in the Ecuadorian High Andes in support of studies on current and past global change: its nature, identification and (paleo)ecological significance (RUFLE).
